Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• Either be a high school graduate or college undergraduate student,
• Intend to work in the petroleum industry,
• Be enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited engineering college,
• Possess & maintain a 2.5 or higher cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale,
• Resident of the Balcones Section 21 county area.
