Richard Hernandez - Supervisor of the City's Office of Municipal Integrity and Office of Equal Employment Opportunity. Richard Has supervised this office for approximately six years. The core function of OMI is to investigate allegations of Fraud Waste and Abuse within a workforce of approximately 10,000 city employees. In that time with proactive training investigations involving Fraud, Waste and Abuse have dropped over 70%.
Steve Harrison - Steve is a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant who spent most of his Air Force career as a Substance Abuse Counselor. After retiring from the Air Force Steve was hired by the City in 1999. For the past nine years he has been an Investigator with the City Office of Municipal Integrity and has served an important role in the success OMI's goals and mission.
